Today we went to Camden Park with our Bell cousins. Everyone had a blast. All 5 kids rode almost every ride Camden Park had. Trey really wanted to ride the Skydiver or DeathWish as I called it, but thankfully he needed someone else to ride it with him and no one was willing.
Abby loved riding the Big Dipper. It is 50 years old this summer! She was much to short to ride it but no one said anything. She begged to ride it over and over. Thankfully I like roller coasters! Katie pretty much liked most of the rides including the Spider , the Whip and the Tilt A Whirl. The Haunted House scared all the kids but Abby just said she wasn't scared because she kept her eyes closed. She would not have seen much more than the dark even with her eyes open. I have a feeling the kids were more afraid of their own imagination that anything they saw on the ride.
The kids had a super time playing with the cousins and another family day is in the works for Friday. More to come!
